- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad customer service. Walked in for some information on a simple checkings and saving account and one of the ladies at the tellers counter directed me to the ladies at their desks. So I walked up and didn't even get a smile or greeting or even eye contact at that just a " have a seat we'll be with you in a moment".. whatever I sat down while these TWO ladies were chatting about something on one of their cellphones. Waited about 2 minutes and decided to walk out since their phone is obviously more important. Then as I'm walking out the door that's when they got off their stupid phone and called out "Mam?" Nope.
