- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been traveling on the road in a theatre tour and mailed a package from the UPS store on Parnell Parkway in Kansas City, KS to my home in CT. The package instead was sent to the theatre I last worked at six months ago. I had never mailed a package to the theatre; however, a member of my family had mailed a package from my CT address to the UT address last summer. I think somehow the two got mixed up. I got no satisfaction from UPS customer service. I was told it was the Kansas City UPS store's fault and I had to go back to that store to see why the address was wrong. I explained I don't live in KS and am traveling and that there is no way I could accidentally mail the package to UT. I got the runaround--its the UPS Store's fault and UPS can't do anything about it. Now my package is in UT, I'm in TX and I have to pay the full charge again to send my package to CT. Hey, UPS, there's FEDEX and USPS, so I'll be using them instead from now on.By Shannon Dow, April 07, 2017
