  Im having the same issue as CatLady except the girl keeps lying and saying my dog is out. She claims my dog jumps the fence and jumps back in voluntarily. Even when my daughter was home and was a witness that my dog was in my back yard fenced like always the girl still told her in her face that my dog was out. Even thought my daughter recorded her on the phone and has proof my dog was not out. I posted 1 star because it is required to be able to comment but i give this 0 stars and the supervisor was just rude and sarcastic...

  Been having issues with this office for couple months now.....I live on a hill with about 12 stairs An our mail guy keeps complaining their is dogs in my yard /block when I called dog pound multiple times they said they haven't seen any dogs running around also the mail company turned me in for an illegal dog I only have a husky an yorkie you definitely never catch my dogs outside alone ....I haven't had an issue with the mail company untill we got this new guy but Im stuck paying late fees An dealing with emotional stress I have missed multiple papers concerning my hospital Bills an check up I need to fallow up with an I honestly don't know what to do about me not receiving my mail I'm only 22 an can't get my mail delivered I'm honestly don't care bcuz your mail company is driven me mentally insane I just want my hospital paperwork an insurance card.....I just don't see how companies like this want to drive you more insane I already lost my baby now I can't receive help I need bcuz of my mail company .... Smh definitely don't care about your company or management bcuz they are all family related so their is definitely an issue with Kansas postal services ....I was also told they don't have to deliver my mail so what other company delivers mail or who can I get my mail from .....

  We had a mailman looking into our windows! Mind you, he'd have to climb over stuff to get to our window (a swing is set in front of it) and he shoved his way over and behind the swing to look in our living room window, and when I saw him, and ran outside to ask why he was in our window, he ran off. We called the post office, and they called us liars, and said that our mail hadn't even been delivered because we had none for that day, which we even brought the mail we recieved up there to prove it and were still called liars. On top of this, they throw our packages at the door breaking items, put our mail in puddles, bark at our dogs (yeah you read right...), and dont deliver important mail. If I could give 0 stars I would.
